 Calendar/First Day of Classes
Fall classes
will begin on Wednesday, August 29th. Please
note that we will follow the Monday class schedule
on that day and that the normal schedule will resume on Thursday,
August 30th.

Note to Nurse Anesthesia Students
The
Nurse Anesthesia Program has some dates that fall outside
of the Main Campus calendar; you will be provided with
a more detailed, program-specific calendar in your orientation
packet.
Fall Registration
Online registration will be available during the months of
June and July; please note that the deadline for submitting
your pre-registration requests online is Friday,
July 27th.
Registration should be completed using the online Student
Access+ system. Please
contact your advisor in the Office of Student Academic Affairs
if you are unable to submit
your requests online.

Orientation
The Graduate School of Arts & Sciences will hold
a general orientation program for all new graduate students
on Tuesday,
August 28th from 9:00am-12:00pm in the ICC
Building’s
Auditorium; please visit the Graduate School’s
website for additional
information.
After the orientation, students are invited to attend
the University’s annual Mass of the Holy Spirit
on Healy Lawn, followed by a University-wide lunch
in Red Square
(both events are open to all members of the Georgetown
community).
The School of Nursing & Health Studies
will hold its new graduate student orientation following
the
Graduate School’s
program on Tuesday, August 28th from 2:30-4:30pm in St.
Mary’s
107. This program will include an overview of academic
policies and procedures, an introduction to campus resources,
and
presentations from staff of the library, information
services office and financial aid.
The Health Systems
Administration Program will hold an
orientation for its new students on Monday,
August 27th from 10:00am-3:00pm in St. Mary’s 111. More details will be sent
to you over the summer from the department.
The Nurse
Anesthesia Program will hold an orientation
for its new students on Monday, August 27th
from 8:00am-5:00pm in St. Mary’s 107. More details will be sent
to you over the summer from the department.
