How do you plan to use Georgetown as a springboard for your future plans?
I am interested in working in the healthcare industry as a nurse, so having a Bachelor of Science in Nursing definitely helps. Also, Georgetown University has a great reputation for scholarly work that I know will be a great asset to me.

What is your favorite part about your program?
Georgetown’s Accelerated Second Degree Program is a cohort-based program. My cohort has supported me throughout this program. These are the people that started with me and will be graduating with me in December. Without their support, I am not sure I would still be here.

How has the faculty contributed to your overall experience?
The faculty has been fantastic. Each faculty member is eager to teach and provide as many opportunities for me to learn both in the classroom and out. Furthermore, they are very supportive and understanding, which is much appreciated as the rigors of the academics augment.

What has been your most valuable experience here at Georgetown?
The most valuable experience is my practicum and clinical work. It is at these places that I have honed my nursing skills, which has made me feel more comfortable to enter the clinical setting of nursing.
