NHS Senior Wins Allbritton
Scholarship
David Fajgenbaum—a senior within the Department of Human
Science at Georgetown University School of Nursing & Health Studies—was
recently awarded the Allbritton Scholarship.
Established in 1984, the scholarship is given to
one Georgetown student for two years of post-baccalaureate study
in any academic program offered at Brasenose College at the University
of Oxford.
Brasenose College is one of the 39 constituent colleges
of the University of Oxford. The Allbritton Scholar is selected
on the basis of academic excellence, character, public service,
and interest in the well-being of others. In addition to tuition
and fees, the scholatr receives a yearly stipend for travel and
living expenses.
