Congratulations December Grads!
NHS honored 95 students who completed their bachelor's and master's
degrees in nursing in the fall 2008 semester at a completion ceremony
on Dec. 13.
A group of 33 students earned a bachelor's degree through the university's
accelerated, 16-month Second Degree Program. In addition, 62 students
received their master's degrees through the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner,
Acute and Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist, Family Nurse Practitioner,
Nurse Anesthesia, and Nurse Midwifery programs.
"We are so very proud of you," said Sharon Radzyminski,
interim chair of the Department of Nursing. "And we are honored
to be with you here today." At the event, several students spoke
