Professor Serves on Panel About Documentary

Mayri Sagady Leslie, MSN, a faculty member in the national ranked Nurse Midwifery Program at NHS, has been selected to serve on a panel that will discuss the premiere of the documentary, "The Business of Being Born" (www.thebusinessofbeingborn.com).

The documentary--directed by Abby Epstein and executive produced by Ricki Lake—explores birth and the business of birth in the United States today.

The showing and panel discussion will take place on Saturday, Sept. 29, at 6:30 p.m., at the Thurgood Marshall Center, located at 1812 12th Street, NW, in Washington, D.C.
