Practical Experience/Internships at MedStar Health
 The
Department of Health Systems Administration has a partnership with MedStar
Health, one of the largest health care systems on the
East Coast. MedStar Health is comprised of 25 integrated
businesses including seven major hospitals in the Baltimore/Washington
area.
The partnership with MedStar provides opportunities
for students to obtain internships and other practical experiences
in a variety of health delivery organizations. In addition,
a number of MedStar executives teach or lecture in several of
our courses and avail themselves as mentors to our students. The
